"It took me a couple of months to actually go thru with changing insurance providers. Javel was very helpful. I appreciate his persistence. Now July 3, I get an email saying I owe more money AGAIN. I paid for the 6 month policy up front. Now each month they are charging me more. My review is not a good one as of today. I have never experienced anything like this before in my 50 years of being insured. I am very dissatisfied. I could have stayed where I was. I changed to get lower, as it looks, it going to be higher."
